Project overview
This project continues the development of the SAN Blueprint tool to assess the current sustainability state of small territories where agricultural production threatens the livelihoods of rural communities and a resilient and sustainable production landscape.
The assessment tool applied and adapted for the use of an external partner organisation in this project will combine Geographic Information System (GIS) data with the perspectives of a range of local stakeholders, farm agronomy adoption observations, municipality-level secondary data and landscape immersion, to give a better local understanding of the condition of a particular landscape to support deforestation-free and climate-friendly supply chains.
