ISEAL is led by a senior leadership team and governed by a Board of Directors. The ISEAL Board of Directors has the following sub-committees: Executive, Finance and Nominations Committees. 

The following committees report to the board but also have independent decision-making powers: Membership Committee and Technical Committee
