Designing or revising a sustainability system starts with consulting the people who it affects. They are the people who will care most about its content and whose buy-in is vital to its success.
When ISEAL introduces or revises a credibility tool or Code of Good Practice, we engage with stakeholders through a consultation process that includes in-person meetings, facilitated workshops and topic-based webinars.
Our consultations are public. We welcome all feedback, which we use to inform the outcome of the consultation.
