ISEAL Board Member Vacancies (voluntary)

ISEAL Board Member Vacancies (voluntary)

The roles

The ISEAL Board of Directors play a vital role in leading the organisation, acting in ISEAL's best interests, and ensuring ISEAL's work advances its mission to make markets a force for good.

We are expanding our Board of Directors with ambitions to diversify the strategic input and oversight they provide. We currently have three vacancies for voluntary representatives external to our membership.

What we're looking for

We are looking for candidates with an interest in supporting ambitious sustainability systems and their partners to tackle the world's most pressing challenges, with a focus on credible practices, scalable solutions, and collective efforts.

Previous experience on a Board is helpful but not required, and training can be provided where needed. Please see the attached person specification for required and desirable skills, competencies and attributes.

We are particularly interested in increasing perspectives from Asia, Africa, and Latin America on our Board and would value applications from candidates working and located in these areas. Priority countries include China, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

ISEAL highly values diversity and supports the election and appointments of diverse candidates to the Board, believing strongly that having directors with varied characteristics, skills, and experiences contributes to a balanced and effective Board.
